Our original company was established in Whitstable, Kent, UK in 1948 by W.H.Breading. His son, Keith Breading, joined him in 1964 and likewise his son in 1986. We have therefore successfully served the housing and commercial needs of our community for three generations for almost 60 years. Keith became a Licenced Florida Real Estate Broker in the early 1980's having opened the first Florida office in 1981. He was one of Freddie Lakers first "Skytrain" passengers and now Keith and his wife Lena, have moved back to Florida permanently to enjoy the wonderful lifestyle and quite frankly the more positive attitude towards life.
