W H Breading & Son was first established in Whitstable, Kent, UK in 1948 by my father W H Breading and I joined him in 1964 and likewise
my son, Guy, joined the family business in 1986.
We have successfully served the housing and commerical needs of our community for three generations spanning over 60 years.
I became a Licenced Florida Real Estate Broker in the early 1980's, having opened my first Florida Real Estate office in 1981. I was one of Freddie Laker's first "Skytrain" passengers and now my wife Lena and I moved to Florida in 2004 to run the office and enjoy the wonderful lifestyle, and quite frankly, the more positive attitude towards life
