If you and your family are thinking of moving to Florida, there are a number of ways this can be done. Unfortunately US Immigration will only allow holders of a B1 Visitors Visa to stay for up to six months in any one year. However, under the "visa waiver program" you can only stay for up to three months.

L1 Intra Company Visa Anyone wishing to open a branch of their UK business, may apply for an L1 Intra Company Transferee Visa and the spouse could qualify for an L2. This is the visa I have and my visa lawyer submitted and received approval of my L1 visa and an L2 visa for my wife, in the record time of 18 days. E1 and E2 Visas Should you wish to buy an existing business, start your own business, buy land for development, or purchase an income producing investment, which will provide you and your family with sufficient income, then this type of visa would probably be your best route. EB5 Visa This is a little known visa route but it does lead to a "Green Card" very quickly for you and your family, including children under the age of two. More importantly you can live, work or retire anywhere in the USA. Unfortunately, the catch is that you must invest a minimum of $500,000 in a designated Regional Development Center Program area. In other words the US Government want you to invest in areas of the United States that require financial assistance to create jobs and will benefit the US economy. In return you will receive interest on your investment and can withdraw it after two years, providing the venture into which you have invested is a success. However, this is not something you should rush into without doing your homework. I will be pleased to assist you in this regard and show you the various opportunities there are available.
There are a number of other visas but you may not qualify for these, however, without knowing your circumstances, it is difficult to say.
