Until moving back to Florida in 2005, this time on a more permanent basis, Keith had been for over 25 years the British Government's Sole Agent for The Official Receiver in Bankruptcy for SE England, which also included closing down companies over a large area of the UK and whenever necessary, selling the assets by Public Auction.
The property market in Florida is experiencing a timely "adjustment" and now could be a good time to sell any real estate and find a true market value, which surprisingly, may well be above a figure if the property were simply placed on the open market in a conventional way. The great advantage is, when the hammer falls, that is the irrevocable price and the closing would normally be some 30 days later. In the UK it has been proven that Real Estate sells better in a collective sale rather than individually and when audiences are greater in number and can enthuse to the occasion.

Hence Keith held his first Florida Multi Property Real Estate Auction on the 21st April 2007 in the comfort of the gracious Radisson Hotel with comfortable seating, air conditioning and complimentary refreshments.
